Each item is handcrafted specifically for you.

Production Time: Please allow 10–15 business days (2–3 weeks) for your chest to be built and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Schedule: All completed orders ship on Fridays only.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

Please Note: Production time does not include shipping time. If your chest is completed after our Friday shipping cutoff, it will ship the following Friday.

No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Because each cedar chest is handcrafted to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail, and slight variations in wood grain, tone, or finish are part of what makes your chest unique.  

Insurance
If your chest arrives damaged, please take as several photos of the packaging before removing the item and several pictures of the damaged item.  I do insure the packages for the purchase amount and am happy to work with you once a claim is approved.
